La Collective, Saint-Vincent de Paul
Manifesto partners with Thanks for Nothing, Refugee Food Festival, Makesense and Altarea Cogedim in the creation of a new cultural facility in the former Saint-Vincent-de-Paul hospital in Paris: La Collective.
La Collective is a partnership uniting three key stakeholders from the arts and social sectors, Thanks for Nothing, Refugee Food Festival and Makesense. It unites artistic creation at its highest level, with social and environmental causes. This ambitious project led by Altarea Cogedim is situated in the former Parisian hospital Saint-Vincent-de-Paul. The site includes exhibition spaces, an artistic production studio, co-working facilities, an events space, a restaurant and community areas.
In partnership with La Collective, Manifesto is managing the architectural and cultural programming of the project. Manifesto is responsible for all aspects of the site redevelopment including managing the redesign as well as planning for a dynamic artistic hub, working in collaboration with project architects (Calq and 51n4e) and the owner.
