Entitled "We dream of new horizons", this second edition transforms the city into a dazzling nighttime gallery without walls, welcoming over 2.5 million visitors from international audiences to visitors from all over the globe.

Gathering a dedicated team, Manifesto manages the artist liaison, especially for Charles Sandison, but also the monitoring of artworks production and installation, their monitoring during the Festival and their dismantling, as well as supplier research for 82 of these monumental artworks in the public space.

Where does the horizon truly lie? Looking beyond the traditional horizon that lies between Heaven and Earth, the installation The Garden of Light (2022) by Charles Sandison investigates the virtual horizon created between history and the digital world – in particular, the transformation and evolution of the written language across culture, technology and time. Utilizing multiple languages and writing forms, including how we write and communicate throughout the centuries, the work brings about a new perspective to the term horizon.

The artwork was integrated in the Kindy Plaza of Diplomatic Quarters, bringing a new dimension to the traditional architecture of the place.
