ST O ART & design center
Selected as the winning project of Inventons la Métropole du Grand Paris, the St O Art & Design Center, managed by Novaxia and Wilmotte, is a new space for art and design at the heart of the Saint-Ouen flea market in Paris. It will turn an iconic albeit confusing urban landmark into a meeting place and magnet for creative energy.
Manifesto was responsible for the cultural project management of the project, putting together a program to allow users of the site (stall holders, local residents, students, shoppers and tourists) and other project stakeholders (co-working café AntiCafé, Tourist Office, École des Beaux-Arts, Carpenters Workshop Gallery, Hammerson and more) to be fully involved with the site, right from the beginning of the construction phase.
