Laure Confavreux-Colliex managed the European entity of the Lord Cultural Resources Group, an international leader in museum consulting and planning, for 10 years.
Her various assignments have led her to lead complex and multicultural projects such as the prefiguration of the Heydar Aliyev Center.
She led the development of a strategic plan and positioning of the future institution, branding, exhibition planning, public programs, operations, staff recruitment and training.
